Successful heart interview series aim is to bring awareness to organizations, entrepreneurs, senior executives and social communities that success is possible within a heart orientated person who is at the helm of the organization. This style flows from top down and connects at a deeper level those that are around the same cause. This creates a core resonance within the
team and produces extraordinary results.
We will write the book & series of documentary interviews by interviewing successful heart people and have a successful heart leadership program.
This leaders program will put the skills of the participants into the NGOs, sustainability projects, social enterprise projects, and community projects and have a pre and post review of the participants. The organizations who we form key relationships with will benefit from the skills and funding. The successful heart leaders will go back to their organizations and influence their success from their heart.
The people we are seeking to interview will already have achieved a significant level of success in their lives and will have done this by having a heart orientated approach the latter is the key to their success, not the other way round. We will be looking for authenticity in our interviewees and not a showcase set-up.
